Web

Ascent was founded by four secondary schools with the aim of developing a vision and strategic plan for special educational needs in Sunderland.
One of those schools, Barbara Priestman Academy asked Jam Jar for a little advice in readiness for launch. We helped refine their existing logo and deliver a clear, informative web site that compliments their brand identity.
As the site grew, the focus shifted towards making the site more engaging with animated transitions and a bespoke course booking system. The trust can now better promote its training courses and the fabulous achievements their schools make working in partnership.
Bridgewater School wanted to inject a little fun into a brand new school web site.
Jam Jar worked in partnership with students from the Barbara Priestman School to develop a legacy web site that showcased their work with Creative Partnerships over the past two years. During our introductory workshop the students brainstormed a ‘genius’ name for the site, ‘Awesome Minds’ that we used as a starting point for the brand and logo.
We were very excited when Barbara Priestman School asked us to develop their new web site in readiness for their new Academy status.
