Brilliant Trees, a “little brand of eco-happiness” was nurtured to life with an injection of colour and the application of sympathetic design devices. Taking Simon Nevin’s vision and quirky illustrations that include frogs, ‘Gaia’ and jellyfish, we applied a vernacular colour palette – reflecting the colours in nature, together with ornamental typography to give the brand its distinctive look and appeal.
We were proud to be a part of such a beautiful brand. Currently published on greetings cards, containing inspirational quotes about nature, green knees and jellyfish, printed on stock from sustainable forests and packaged in compostable cello-wrap bags… ‘naturally!’
“Brilliant Trees is a product range with a message; we are all connected to one another, to the planet, to the rain, to jellyfish and trees.”Bing Eastwood
Sweetie – a charming typographical greetings card range, conceived and designed by Felt Studios. Emma worked in a design and brand development capacity alongside Felt’s Creative Director, Simon Nevin to help realise his vision.
Taking witty copy from Felt’s Creative Director, Simon Nevin, we designed a series of ‘Quintessentially British’ graphics.
Our brief, to typographically illustrate ‘place specific’ captions for a new brand licence ‘Pride of Place.’ Taking witty copy as our starting point, we designed a series of bold graphics. ‘Poster’ type, a ‘Great British’ colour palette and quirky graphic icons bring the captions to life.
